<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type data reception/transmission body wherein a resonance frequency of an antenna does not change even if a thickness of an adhesive layer changes, in a metal-compatible tag of a form of being stuck onto a metal through the adhesive layer. <P>SOLUTION: The non-contact type data reception/transmission body 10 includes: a base material 11; the antenna 12 provided on one face 11a of the base material 11; an IC chip 13 provided on the one face 11a of the base material 11 and connected to the antenna 12; and the adhesive layer 14 formed on the one face 11a side of the base material 11.
