PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate which has a colored layer to be colored and molded easily while preventing uncolored spot after colored, can be molded after colored, can be colored efficiently in an arbitrary color or concentration while preventing the uncolored spot from being generated on the colored laminate.

SOLUTION: The laminate is obtained by arranging a colored layer comprising a cured material of an ultraviolet-curable resin composition on at least one side of a thermoplastic resin sheet and molding it. The ultraviolet-curable resin composition includes: a 2-5C (meth)acrylate monomer or (meth)acrylate oligomer (A) including no alykylene glycol having≥6 repeating units; and a 2-5C (meth)acrylate monomer or (meth)acrylate oligomer (B) including at least one alykylene glycol having≥6 repeating units. The weight ratio [(A)/(B)] of the (A) component to the (B) component and the average functional group number of (meth)acrylate groups are confined.
