<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for generating a fluorescence image at a high resolution and the proper image quality, using a pixel shift technique. <P>SOLUTION: Relative position of an image capturing element 21 to the image of a sample 11 is changed by using an element shifting means 33. The images of the sample 11 are captured by the image capturing element 21 at a plurality of the relative positions, and a plurality of image data are obtained. A color correcting/processing section 44 corrects a plurality of the obtained image data by using a histogram of the image data, and a combining/processing section 45 combines the image data after the correction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
