<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance removal effect of grinding chips generated in grinding. <P>SOLUTION: On a rotation shaft 42, a liquid communication passage 421 communicated with a liquid source for feeding the liquid is formed so as to be extended in a vertical direction. A tool mount 44 has: a first flow passage 441 communicated with the liquid communication passage 421; a second flow passage 442 formed so as to be branched from a lower side distal end part of the first flow passage 441 in a radial direction relative to the rotation shaft 42 and communicated with a jet port 522 for jetting the liquid toward a workpiece W; and a gas flowing-in port 443 for taking-in a gas to a middle part of the second flow passage 442. The liquid fed from the liquid source is mixed with a gas taken-in from the gas flowing-in port 443 in the second flow passage 442 by centrifugal force produced in the second flow passage 442 by rotation of the rotation shaft 42, and the mixed fluid is jetted from the jet port 522 toward the workpiece W. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
