<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell device having an electrode formed by using conductive paste which does not include lead glass and having superior solar cell characteristics, and to provide a method of manufacturing the device. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell device has the electrode formed by applying conductive paste including at least conductive powder, glass frit, organic vehicle and solvent to a semiconductor substrate having a silicon nitride layer on a surface thereof and by firing the paste. The electrode has a structure having a surface electrode layer which is mainly composed of silver, a glass layer having tellurium based glass as a main component and the silicon oxide layer including a plurality of silver particles precipitated by firing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
