<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-refractivity low-dispersion optical glass for stable production of high-quality optical elements. <P>SOLUTION: The optical glass comprises, expressed as cationic%, 20-50% B<SP>3+</SP>, 5-35% La<SP>3+</SP>, 1-30% Nb<SP>5+</SP>, 0.5-15% Ta<SP>5+</SP>and 11-40% Zn<SP>2+</SP>as essential components, the total content of B<SP>3+</SP>and Si<SP>4+</SP>being 20-50%, the total content of La<SP>3+</SP>, Gd<SP>3+</SP>and Y<SP>3+</SP>being 5-35%, the cationic ratio of ((B<SP>3+</SP>+Si<SP>4+</SP>)/(La<SP>3+</SP>+Gd<SP>3+</SP>+Y<SP>3+</SP>)) being 1-5, the total content of Ti<SP>4+</SP>, Nb<SP>5+</SP>, Ta<SP>5+</SP>and W<SP>6+</SP>being 10-35%, the cationic ratio of ((Nb<SP>5+</SP>+Ta<SP>5+</SP>)/(Ti<SP>4+</SP>+Nb<SP>5+</SP>+Ta<SP>5+</SP>+W<SP>6+</SP>)) being 0.7-1, the cationic ratio of ((B<SP>3+</SP>+Si<SP>4+</SP>)/(Ti<SP>4+</SP>+Nb<SP>5+</SP>+Ta<SP>5+</SP>+W<SP>6+</SP>)) being 0.5-4, the cationic ratio of ((La<SP>3+</SP>+Gd<SP>3+</SP>+Y<SP>3+</SP>)/(Ti<SP>4+</SP>+Nb<SP>5+</SP>+Ta<SP>5+</SP>+W<SP>6+</SP>)) being 0.2-3, the cationic ratio of Zn<SP>2+</SP>/(Zn<SP>2+</SP>+Mg<SP>2+</SP>+Ca<SP>2+</SP>+Sr<SP>2+</SP>+Ba<SP>2+</SP>) being 0.8-1, the optical glass having a refractive index nd of≥1.89 and an Abbe's numberνd of 27-37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
