PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure earthquake impact force acting on an underground buried object of a structure by visualizing the impact force. SOLUTION: A plurality of pressure-sensitive color developing bodies 5 formed by keeping a dye or pigment encapsulated into a plurality of types of microcapsules 9 having different rupture strengths, and by arranging the microcapsules are arranged at an underground wall 2 or an underground pile 11 that is the underground buried object in a matrix shape at substantially equidistant intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the earthquake impact force received by the underground wall is two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally measured by the state of color development that develops by breaking the microcapsules in accordance with the earthquake impact force received by the underground wall and releasing the dye or pigment encapsulated in the microcapsules.
