PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the work for assembling a torque fluctuation absorbing damper, and to reduce the noise due to "chattering vibration" of a bearing. SOLUTION: This torque fluctuation absorbing damper includes: a hub 1; a dynamic damper part D formed by elastically coupling an annular mass body 2, which is concentrically arranged with the hub 1, to the hub 1 through a damper rubber 4, which is integrally formed with the hub 1, freely to relatively displace in the circumferential direction; a pulley 16 concentrically arranged with the hub 1; a coupling part C elastically coupled to the hub 1 through a coupling rubber 8 freely to relatively displace in the circumferential direction; and a bearing 5 regulating radial and axial displacement of the pulley 6 relative to the hub 1 and supporting the pulley 16 freely to relatively displace in the circumferential direction.
