PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circular saw cutter capable of moving back and forth a clamping and fixing position of an object to be cut so that a cutting edge of a rotary blade can cut from an appropriate position depending on a shape and a size of the object. SOLUTION: A common base 5 is fixed to an upper part of a base 2. A pair of guide slots 30 and 30 parallel to each other are provided on both sides of an upper surface of the common base 5 in the fore-and-aft direction of the base 2. Protrusions 31 slidably fitting along the pair of guide slots are provided on both sides of a lower surface of a fixed vise 27. A vise device 3 is disposed on the upper surface of the common base 5, in addition the protrusions 31 of the fixed vise 27 are fitted into the pair of guide slots 30 and 30, and the fixed vise 27 can move back and forth on the base 2 parallel to a movable vise 28.
