The guide (1) has a guiding element (2) i.e. shaft, and a supporting element (3) interconnected with fastening elements (4). The fastening elements are implemented as cylindrically formed pins, which penetrate a drilling bit in the supporting element by a part of its axial extension and penetrate the drilling bit in the guiding element by another part of its axial extension. The pins are provided with a friction-increasing coating (10) above a third part of its axial extension. The drilling bit in the guiding element is formed as a bag drilling bit. The friction-increasing coating exhibits diamond or boron nitride or silicon-carbide or corundum or is a molybdenum layer or a zinc layer.
