PURPOSE: An insulator assembly is provided to stably combine a core body and a flange by forming an adhesive inlet and adhesive applying groove at a flange. CONSTITUTION: A core body(100) forms an internal body. The core body is formed based on fiberglass reinforced polyester-based tube body. A flange(200) surrounds one end part of the core body. The flange installs the core body to a target. An insulating housing(300) surrounds the external surface of the core body. The insulating housing is formed into a corrugated shape. A plurality of adhesive inlets is formed at the flange. An adhesive applying groove is formed at the inner circumference of the flange.
