<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst charging method and a catalyst charging device capable of charging a catalyst into a container to be filled with a catalyst at a roughly uniform density. <P>SOLUTION: The catalyst charging device for charging a particulate catalyst 3 into a hollow and flat container 2 to be filled with a catalyst and containing a pair of opposing planes 1, includes a means 5 of feeding the catalyst 3 from a catalyst feed port 4 disposed on the upper plane 1 into the container 2 to be filled with a catalyst, and a sucking means 7 of sucking a gas present in the container 2 to be filled with a catalyst via a pair of gas suction ports 26a, 26b disposed apart from the catalyst feed port 4 by causing the gas present therein to flow in the direction X along the pair of planes 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
