<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a stator, capable of facilitating arrangement of a coil 4 constituted of flat wires in a stator core 2 by distributed winding. <P>SOLUTION: The coil 4 is arranged on the outer peripheral surface of an insertion jig 21. Then, each regulating piece 22a of a regulating jig 22 is inserted between straight line parts 12 on one end side in the axial direction of the coil 4 to regulate a circumferential position on one end side in the axial direction of each straight line part 12. Then, the coil 4 is inserted into the stator core 2 from one end side in the axial direction while relatively moving each regulating piece 22a and the coil 4 in the axial direction by ascending the insertion jig 21. As a result, an abutting part 22b of each regulating piece 22a and each straight line part 12 are abutted with each other in the axial direction, and each straight line part 12 is arranged in each slot 5 while regulating the circumferential position of each straight line part 12 in the axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
