<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module in which leakage of light from a front plate can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 1 includes a plurality of solar cell elements 2 of a double-sided light receiving type, a front plate 3 located on the front side of each solar cell element 2, a light reflection plate 4 of a continuous V shape (wavelike shape) located on the backside of each solar cell element 2 for reflecting solar light entering the module from the front side of the module, and a sealing resin portion 5 which is located between the front plate 3 and the light reflection plate 4 and consists of sealing resin for fixing each solar cell element 2. Indented rough surface treatment is applied to the backside and the surface of the front plate 3. Assuming that an arithmetic average roughness of the backside and surfaces of the front plate 3 is Ra and that an average interval of indentation of the backside and surfaces of the front plate 3 is Sm, Ra/Sm is preferably≤0.8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
