PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fall and waved meander of a rib part as much as possible when winding a manufactured reinforcement-containing strip around a transporting drum several times or when drawing the reinforcement-containing strip wound around the transporting drum several times and spirally winding it several times to manufacture a regeneration pipe. SOLUTION: This reinforcement-containing strip 1 for manufacturing a regeneration pipe includes: a plastic strip 2 including a strip-like board 21 and a plurality of ribs 22 standing upright from the board 21; and a metal reinforcement 3 embedded in each rib 22 of the plastic strip 2 along the whole length thereof. The reinforcement 3 of the reinforcement-containing strip 1 is formed with notches 3x in an upper end thereof with an interval in the longitudinal direction. With this structure, when winding the reinforcement-containing strip 1 around a transporting drum several times, or when spirally winding the reinforcement-containing strip 1 several times to manufacture a regeneration pipe, the reinforcement 3 can be stretched and deformed.
