摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high mass accuracy, in a structure for performing capture of ion or ion discharge by resonance excitation by applying a rectangular wave voltage to a ring electrode and an end cap electrode, by removing the effect of ripple derived from a commercial AC voltage which is superimposed on DC voltage for forming the rectangular wave voltage. SOLUTION: In this device, the start time of mass scanning can be synchronized with a specific phase of commercial AC voltage, and measurement for the same calibration sample is performed with this phase being set to 0, (2/3)π, and -(2/3)π (S1-S9). A function for correcting an error derived from mechanical error or the like of ion trap and a function for correcting an error of AC component are determined from the measurement values and true values of m/z for a plurality of calibration samples, and stored as correction information (S10-S12). In measurement of a target sample, the start time of mass scanning is fixed to 0, and error correction processing is performed to mass data obtained in this state by use of the correction information.
