PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record the position of a video photographic device and the coordinates of a photographed field angle, calculated from the position of the video photographing device and a distance to a photographing object in a recording channel of the video photographing device, while making them synchronize with the frames of a photographed image without requiring manual corrections or enormous amount of processing time. SOLUTION: In a method for inspecting surface deterioration of a concrete structure by the video photographic device from a traveling vehicle, the position of the video photographing device and the coordinates of a photographed field angle calculated from the position of the video photographic device and the distance to the photographing object are synchronized with the frame of the photographed image and are recorded in the recording channel of the video photographic device.
