PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving circuit, an integrated circuit device, electronic equipment and the like each having a broad receiving bandwidth with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The receiving circuit has a low-noise amplifier 130 to amplify an input signal input from an antenna 110 through a matching circuit 120, a frequency-converting circuit 140 subsequent to the low-noise amplifier 130, and a filter 150 subsequent to the frequency-converting circuit 140. When the resonant frequency of the matching circuit 120 and that of a resonance circuit in the low-noise amplifier 130 are nominated as a first and a second frequencies, respectively; the second frequency is established as the frequency shifted from the first frequency by the frequency predetermined by the receiving bandwidth.
