PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive no call from an entrance slave unit by a visitor if it is not the case that a resident checks the visitor based on a call with a collective entrance unit and the resident himself/herself performs unlocking operation of an automatic door so as to permit entrance into a condominium. SOLUTION: A room master unit 20 has: an unlock button for unlocking the automatic door 30; and a timer 207 which counts predetermined time. The timer 207 starts when the unlocking operation of the automatic door 30 is performed by operating the unlock button by the resident, and the room master unit 20 rings a call tone by the room master unit 20 when there is a call from the visitor by the entrance slave unit 40 before the predetermined time passes after the timer 207 starts, and does not ring the call tone by the room master unit 20 when the predetermined time passes after the timer 207 starts, or when there is the call from the visitor by the entrance slave unit 40 when the timer 207 does not start.
