PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a waveguide slot array antenna device in which a positional relation between a waveguide slot array antenna and a reflecting mirror can be set with high accuracy by a simple method. SOLUTION: The waveguide slot array antenna device includes: a first holding mechanism for mounting a first waveguide slot array antenna and a second waveguide slot array antenna; the reflecting mirror arranged oppositely to the first waveguide slot array antenna and the second waveguide slot array antenna; a second holding mechanism for holding the reflecting mirror; and a support mechanism in which the first holding mechanism and the second holding mechanism are united into a single body.
