PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered fiber aggregate produced by piling up together two or more kinds of fiber aggregates differing in alignment from one another in a continuous process, and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The method for producing a multilayered fiber aggregate using an electrospinning machine including: a spinneret 4; a rotating collector 5 rotationally driven; and a high-voltage power supply 6 for applying high voltage between the spinneret 4 and the rotating collector 5; wherein a spinning jet 8 extruded via the spinneret 4 is collected on the surface of the rotating collector 5. The method includes the following steps: forming a randomly oriented fiber layer consisting of randomly oriented fibers by spinning in such a condition that the circumferential speed of the rotating collector 5 is sufficiently reduced as compared with the speed of extruding the spinning jet 8, and aggregating the oriented fiber layer on the randomly oriented fiber layer by spinning in such a condition that the circumferential speed of the rotating collector 5 is similar to the speed of extruding the spinning jet 8.
