PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance convenience by operating a clocking function of a clocking means also during traveling of a vehicle. SOLUTION: This in-vehicle machine 1 operates a function of a stop watch under any one of conditions that a user operates any one region of all regions of a display screen of a display part 4 on condition that vehicle speed of the vehicle is prescribed speed or more, that the vehicle passes a point registered in advance by the user and that opening of an accelerator becomes prescribed opening or more. Also during traveling of the vehicle, the function of the stop watch can be operated based on a vehicle state without operating a prescribed clocking starting button or a prescribed clocking finishing button by the user.
