PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with a step which is a cap with a step board for the tip of an umbrella or a stick. SOLUTION: The cap with a step is characterized in that a cap of an elastic material is formed with a hollow hole into which a tip of an umbrella or a stick can be inserted and the bottom face is made with a step part to stamp and press with the foot.
