The invention relates to an LED luminous element for a lighting unit, comprising at least one lighting module (8, 9), which has at least one light emitting diode (LED) as a light generator, and a cooling body (14) having at least one support surface (12, 13), to which the lighting module (8, 9) is fastened in a heat-conducting manner. For simple production and the most optimized cooling possible, according to the invention the support surface (12, 13) is part of a support element (16) of the cooling body (14) and, for installation, the support element (16) has a base part (19) and, when mounted, projects with the support surface (12, 13) thereof into a reflector of the lighting unit. |
