The device has an axially freely movable metallic compensation plate (1) arranged in a compensation unit (3) of a resonator part (4), where the resonator part is partially opened in an upward direction. A metallic pinion (2) and a dielectric pinion axially move the plate through the compensation unit and connect the plate with the compensation unit, where the metallic pinion is made of aluminum nitride, beryllium oxide, copper, titanium and stainless steel. The compensation unit is made of bimetal that exhibits increased expansion coefficient.
