A METHOD FOR ANALYZING THE MORPHOLOGY AND MOTILITY OF SPERM USING HISTOGRAM

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing sperm shape and mobility using histogram is provided to determine malformation of sperm. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing sperm shape for recognizing malformation of sperm comprises: a step of capturing an area of predetermined size from an image having sperms(S210); a step of obtaining histogram of the captured area(S220); and a step of designing outline of the sperm from the histogram(S230). A method for analyzing sperm mobility comprises: a step of inputting image data including sperm movement; a step of determining a sperm to be analyzed; a step of determining the movable range of the sperm; a step of determining the sperm to be analyzed; a step of measuring moving distance and speed of the sperm; and a step of measuring mobility of the sperm based on the distance and speed.
