PURPOSE: A suspension for a vehicle is provided to prevent stress concentration on the center of a return spring by automatically compensating a shaft force deviation between front and rear U-bolts. CONSTITUTION: A suspension for a vehicle comprises a leaf spring(52), an upper saddle(59), slide saddles(60), a front U-bolt(57), and a rear U-bolt(58). Both ends of the leaf spring, arranged in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body, are coupled to side frames. The upper saddle is fixed to the top end of the leaf spring. The slide saddles are placed on the top of the upper saddle and are slid on the upper saddle. The front and rear U-bolts are adhered to the top surface of the slide saddles in the horizontal direction of the vehicle body. Nuts(61) are coupled to both ends of the front and rear U-bolts passing through an axle. |
