PURPOSE: A pad for moxacautery is provided to obtain poultice and moxibustion functions at the same time by coming into contact with the skin of the human body. CONSTITUTION: A pad for moxacautery comprises: heat resistant non-woven fabric(5) which prevents deformation or degeneration at 60 deg.C or more; a poultice drug layer(1) of a gel state; and a mixture moxacautery drug layer(3) which is formed by mixing a moxacautery drug layer(2) with a gel having adhesive force. The non-woven fabric, poultice drug layer, and a mixture moxacautery drug layer are spread on the same plane at a fixed area ratio and come in contact with the skin.
