<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a meaningful performance curve on a building incapable of neglecting the effect of a high order mode by effectively separating the effect of disturbance. <P>SOLUTION: Accelerations or the like of earthquake movement including disturbance is measured by a plurality of sensors installed on a foundation part and upper layer floors of a building to perform wavelet transformation so as to mode-analyze frequency response waveform on absolute displacements and absolute accelerations into a plurality of ranks. Next, at least one is selected out of the ranks mode-analyzed on displacements and accelerations. Next, relative displacements and relative accelerations on measuring points from the rank of selected displacements and accelerations are obtained to calculate representative displacements Sd and representative accelerations Sa on the basis of the relative displacements and the relative accelerations of the selected rank so as to obtain a performance curve of the building. Meanwhile, obtaining relative displacements and relative accelerations regarding measured values of the sensors on the foundation part or ground floors or the other reference spots as a reference on the basis of absolute displacement and absolute accelerations on the measuring points to compare a performance envelope curve with required curves up to limit deformation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
