<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for electrophoresis and a method of analyzing samples for rapidly and safely performing freezing/drying operation executed after completing isoelectric point electrophoresis. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode 20 for electrophoresis is detachably dipped into an electrode liquid bath 13 filled with an electrode liquid A, and parts 22, 23 abutting on the electrode liquid A are in a shape of bringing freezing bodies of the electrode liquid A together. The method of analyzing samples successively includes: the process of performing electrophoresis by the electrode 20 for electrophoresis and separating samples based on isoelectric points; the process of freezing a solution including samples; the process of bringing solutions in a frozen state together and removing the electrode 20 for electrophoresis; and the process of removing volatile constituents of a solvent in the remaining solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
