PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to solve the problem of conventional arts which do not accurately detect characteristics of music. SOLUTION: The acoustic signal analysis device 101 includes: an acquisition part 112 for acquiring an acoustic signal 102; a frequency band data-calculating part 113 for calculating a value of time sequence which indicates breadth of a frequency component included in a plurality of sections of the acoustic signal 102 acquired by the acquisition part 112; and a feature position-detecting part 115 for detecting a position where the value calculated by the frequency band data-calculating part 113 becomes a maximum or a local maximum.
