PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attractive slot machine game by performing control, display and presentation interlocking with the operating direction and operation count of a start lever operated in two or more direction. SOLUTION: The start lever 4 of a slot machine 1 can be operated in four operating directions, upward and downward and right and left, and a directional operation display part 50 provided corresponding to four operating directions of the start lever 4 is disposed in the vicinity of the periphery of the start lever 4. The directional operation display part 50 includes: a directional operation count display device 51 for displaying a predetermined operational count concerning the respective operational directions in which the start lever 4 is operated; and a directional operation designation display device 52 for designating the predetermined operating direction in which the start lever 4 is to be operated.
