PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record optional positional information located within a range photographed by a video photographic device and a range of each frame photographed by the video photographic device, while making them synchronize with a photographed image frame without requiring manual correction or enormous amount of processing time. SOLUTION: In a method for inspecting surface deterioration of a concrete structure by a video photographic device, or the like, from a traveling vehicle, optional positional information within a range photographed by the video photographic device is calculated from a position detection device mounted in a mobile device of the video photographic device; the range of each frame photographed by the video photographing device is calculated, on the basis of distance information between the video photographic device and a photographing object; and the optional positional information and the range are synchronized with a photographed image frame and are recorded.
