PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm which can be made easy to identify the sound generated from home electronics, or the like, inside a room and out-of-battery alarm sound, or the like, from the alarm. SOLUTION: For a fire alarm 100, when a smoke detection part 20 or a heat detection part 30 is decided as being abnormal, or when a battery voltage monitoring circuit 60 determines that there is a voltage drop, a control part 10 starts to drive a sounding component and a display lamp, and the driving time of the display lamp is set longer than the driving time of the sounding component.
