PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a template for writing order practice and a kit for writing order practice allowing even a small child to write a character in accurate writing order. SOLUTION: This template 1 for writing order practice includes a plurality of plate parts 12-14. A character "ya" (cursive form of Japanese syllabary as shown in Fig.8 ) with a plurality of strokes is divided into a plurality of character parts consisting of one or more strokes, and a plurality of character grooves 12a, 13a and 14a modeling respective character parts are individually formed so as to penetrate the plurality of plate parts 12-14, and the plurality of plate parts 12-14 are arranged in the writing order of the character "ya" with the plurality of strokes.
