PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a method of driving an electrophoresis display panel that can improve reliability by securing DC balance while securing display quality; an electrophoresis display device; and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the method of driving the electrophoresis display panel including a common electrode layer where a common electrode is formed, a driving electrode layer where a driving electrode is formed, and an electrophoresis display layer disposed between the common electrode and driving electrode, wherein the electrophores display layer sandwiched between the common electrode and driving electrode is a display area, and display colors of display areas are controlled by application of write pulses based on the potential difference between the common electrode and driving electrode. The method of driving the electrophoresis display panel includes: an entire writing step (S100) of applying write pulses to the entire display areas; a partial writing step (S102) of applying write pulses to a portion of the display area, and a reversal writing step (S104) of applying write pulses to the entire display areas so that contents obtained by reversing contents displayed on the electrophoresis display panel may be displayed.
