PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive seamless belt formed by extrusion molding or the like of an elastomer composition containing carbon nanotubes, having no minute projections or recesses on the surface but a smooth surface, and having excellent bending resistance or the like. SOLUTION: The conductive seamless belt is formed by extrusion molding of an elastomer composition containing: a polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer; and based on 100 pts.mass of the polyester-based thermoplastic elastomer, 1 pt.mass or more and 5 pts.mass or less of carbon nanotubes and 0.1 pt.mass or more and 3.5 pts.mass or less of a hindered phenolic antioxidant.
