PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electrolytic water spray device which eliminates a fear that when water to be electrolyzed is put into a tank of the portable electrolytic water spray device, installed on a shelf or the like, where the tank storing the water to be electrolyzed is formed in a cap, an electrolytic cell for generating electrolytic water is formed in a container body, and the tank and the electrolytic cell are vertically separated, connection of the container body and the cap is carried out by screws while holding the container body upside down by hand in a state where the water to be electrolyzed is stored in the tank, after removing the cap from the container body, whereby the electrolytic water slops if it remains in the electrolytic cell, and is suitable for portable use where the sprayer is carried by being accommodated in a handbag or the like, and to detect lack of water during spraying operation. SOLUTION: A water tank portion is arranged in the middle portion; a detachably connected spraying mechanism and a power source portion are arranged respectively on one side and the other side in the axial direction of the water tank portion, and an electrolysis portion for generating electrolytic water by electrolyzing water of the water tank portion flowing in from the bottom is arranged in the central portion in the water tank portion. Detection of lack of water in the water tank portion is performed by starting the supply of a predetermined electric power to electrode of the electrolysis portion by operation of a manual switch.
