PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electrolytic water spray device having a slim shape which is suitable for portable use where the spray device is carried by being accommodated in a handbag or the like. SOLUTION: In the portable electrolytic water spray device having a cylindrical appearance, a top-opened cylindrical water tank portion 2, a power source portion 3, and a spraying mechanism are arranged respectively in the middle, lower, and upper portions. A cylindrical electrolysis portion 5 where water of the water tank portion 2 flows in from the bottom thereof and flows out to the spaying mechanism from a top opening thereof is arranged in the water tank portion 2 in the axial direction of the water tank portion 2. An electrode 6 is disposed inside the cylindrical electrolysis portion 5. The spraying mechanism for spraying electrolytic water of the electrolysis portion 5 from a tip end nozzle while pressing water in the water tank portion 2 is connected to a top opening of the water tank portion 2 so as to be detachable in a watertight state.
