PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device and an electronic device, capable of improving an image quality of a captured image. SOLUTION: A photoelectric convertor that receives light on a light-receiving surface and generates a signal charge and a pixel transistor that outputs the signal charge generated in the photoelectric convertor as an electric signal, are provided as an effective picture element region IMG in a pixel region. A charge discharging region OFD is provided between the effective pixel region IMG and an optical black region OPB. In the charge discharging region OFD, a charge discharging pixel is provided.
