PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment attached with an unpredictable accessory which uses an article as an accessory, an article differing in a point of view that conventionally accessories attachable to a garment, such as brooch, corsage and necktie are generally used in a formal occasion, usable further casually, and used as a useful article. SOLUTION: The garment is attached with a fishing lure fly by a detachable safety pin. It is possible to give the garment fresh impression with unpredictability and to provide fashion being not too rigid by attaching the fishing lure fly practically used as a fishing tool as a garment accessory.
