The aircraft has a generator (1) producing pulses of current, a ring distributor (2) for distributing gas, and induction coils (4). A plasma ring (3) coming from a cosmic vacuum is accelerated to create force of artificial gravitation. A hemisphere is connected with the semi-pseudo-sphere for transverse blunting on a border of transition into a virtual area with a discharge port in the cosmic vacuum. An output of the coil with a resonator is shifted to a side of a blunting part.
