The free-wheel (1) has a rotatably supported circular housing section (2) exhibiting an internal clamping area (3), and an inner ring (4) with clamping ramps (5) turned to the clamping area of the housing section. Clamping bodies (7) are arranged in pairs in a gap area (6) formed by the clamping ramps and the internal clamping area. Jumper rings (9, 10) are rotatable against each other by an adjusting element e.g. adjusting pin (13), such that the clamping bodies are detachable from clamping position, and rotatability of the housing section is activated in two rotational directions.
