The arrangement comprises a body structure, at which openings (12) are arranged for passing a fabric through the body structure. A locking unit (10.1) is provided for integrating the body structure at the points of the openings. The locking unit is arranged to operate symmetrically at the part of the body structure. An independent claim is also included for a device for use in a body structure of a fiber web machine.
