摘要 <p>The method for detecting analytes in a sample, comprises permanently fixing a holder (2) that carries sensor molecules in an immobilization area, in a cavity with a distance of 0.5-5 mm over the transparent cavity base so that a slit (4) is formed between the immobilization area of the sensor molecules and the cavity base and the free view is disabled through the cavity base on the immobilized sensor molecules of the holder, incubating the sample fluid in the cavity under shaking, and determining the presence of or the amount of analytes in the sample. The method for detecting analytes in a sample, comprises permanently fixing a holder (2) that carries sensor molecules in an immobilization area, in a cavity with a distance of 0.5-5 mm over the transparent cavity base so that a slit (4) is formed between the immobilization area of the sensor molecules and the cavity base and the free view is disabled through the cavity base on the immobilized sensor molecules of the holder, incubating the sample fluid in the cavity under shaking, determining the presence of or the amount of analytes in the sample through proof of its binding in the homogeneous and/or heterogeneous detection method by optical measurement through the base of the cavity, and determining subsequent software-based data analysis. The sensor molecules are immobilized directly or indirectly in line or point form covalently or noncovalently on the holder. The sensor molecules are immobilized during indirect immobilization on a membrane from which test strips (1) are separated and are fixed on the holder. The fixing of the test strips is carried out on the holder through mechanical clamping and/or point-wise or by holohedral adhesion by means of liquid glues, adhesive paste, adhesive spray and adhesive tape under the maintenance of the accessibility of sensor molecules for analytes and the function of sensor molecules. The holder that is produced by milling, stamping, sawing, cutting by laser-, air- or water jet in the injection molding process or by bending a rod, is planar in immobilization area of biomolecules with a roughness of less than 100 mu m. The fixing of the carrier in the cavity is carried out by mechanical forces and/ or point-wise or by holohedral adhesion by means of fluid-glue, adhesive paste, adhesive spray or adhesive tape or by mechanical locking in guide grooves of the microplate so that the carrier remains during the test procedure in its position and bends no more than 0.5 mm for the cavity base. The holder carries limb for positioning and anchoring in the cavity. The cavity is shacked during the incubation and washing steps with an intensity of 100-2000 shaking movements per minute. The analysis is carried out visually or by means of fluorescence-, luminescence-, and/or absorption optical imaging- or by scanning densitometry. An independent claim is included for a test kit for detecting analytes in a sample.</p>
