The sealing arrangement has a sealing element (20) attached in a housing (12) of a brake cylinder. A sealing surface is provided on the outer peripheral surface (46) of a pressure piston (14) with a transition region (50), in which a breather port (44) opens. The sealing surface interacts with the sealing element. The sealing surface has a non-linear convex curved contour development with an increasing diameter. The non-linear convex curved contour development is observed in the transition region in a sectional view along the longitudinal axis (L) of the pressure piston.
