<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting device, light emitting device manufacturing method, and light emitting device package are provided to scatter, refract, and reflect light emitted from an active layer through a non-metal pattern, thereby increasing the light emitting efficiency of the light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(110) comprises a first conductive semiconductor layer(112), an active layer, and a second conductive semiconductor layer. A first electrode(120) is formed on the first conductive semiconductor layer. A second electrode(140) is formed on the second conductive semiconductor layer. A non metal pattern(151) is formed between a substrate and the active layer. An air gap(153) is arranged on a side of the non metal pattern.</p> |
