PURPOSE: A solar power generator and a mooring device for the same are provided to stably change the position of a main frame of the solar power generator by allowing fluid to flow in and out of hollow blocks so as to change the center of mass of the main frame. CONSTITUTION: A solar power generator comprises a battery panel(10) in which a solar cell module is installed to collect and convert the sunlight into electricity, a main frame(20) which is installed under the battery panel and comprises three or more sub frames(22,23,24) composed of hollow blocks storing fluid to provide buoyancy for the battery panel to float on the water, a fluid delivery part which is selectively connected to each hollow block of the sub frames and allows fluid to flow in and out of the hollow blocks to change the center of mass of the main frame in the water, and a controller which analyzes changes in the azimuth of the sunlight and controls the fluid delivery part to change the position of the main frame.
