<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular paste of leaf wasabi (Japanese horseradish) which can be stocked for a long time while keeping it as it is without damaging the intrinsic hot taste or flavor of spices such as wasabi or mustard and improves stock properties of hot taste or flavor by improving conventional defects of wasabi. <P>SOLUTION: The granular paste of leaf wasabi is obtained by grinding singly leaves, stalks, roots or mixture thereof into shape from 1 to 5 mm and includes additives containing Glycine as the main component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
