<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cream composition which contains solid materials dispersed therein, has the textures of the solid materials and cream without changing with days, and prevents blooming and graying; and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The cream composition is characterized in that the cream composition contains the crushed product of a laminar bakery product, and a liquid phase is a continuous layer. The method for producing a cream composition is characterized by mixing the crushed product of a laminar bakery product with a cream whose liquid phase is a continuous phase.
